By accessing and using Dance Buddy ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dance Buddy is a mobile application that provides:

• Dance learning and practice tools
• Video-based dance tutorials and breakdowns
• Social features to share and discover dance content
• AI-powered dance analysis and feedback
• Community challenges and competitions

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use Dance Buddy, you must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should use the app with parental guidance. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User-Generated Content

When you upload, post, or share content on Dance Buddy, you:

• Retain all ownership rights to your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to share the content
• Agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Acknowledge that objectionable content will be removed immediately

Content Moderation

All user-generated content is subject to:

• Automated Filtering: AI-based content screening for inappropriate material
• User Reporting: Easy-to-access flagging mechanism on all content
• 24-Hour Review: All reported content reviewed within 24 hours
• Immediate Action: Objectionable content removed and violating users blocked

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, bully, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

6. User Safety and Blocking

We provide tools to protect your safety:

• Block Users: Instantly block any user from interacting with you
• Report Content: Flag inappropriate content or behavior
• Privacy Controls: Control who can see your content and profile

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time:

• Access account deletion in the app Settings
• All your data will be permanently deleted
• Deletion requests are processed within 24 hours
• This action cannot be undone

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dance Buddy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dance Buddy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand:

• We do NOT sell your personal information
• We do NOT share your data with advertisers
• Your data is encrypted and stored securely
• You have full control over your data

10. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove objectionable content immediately
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Ban users who engage in abusive behavior
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement

Users who provide objectionable content will be ejected from the platform within 24 hours of content removal.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Dance Buddy is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during dance practice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dance Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
